QA_1_The client hereby acknowledges the following:

1. Ceramic Coating provides very high-gloss finish, optimum protection against the effects of the weather and extremely water-repellent protective layer to the car paint. Ceramic coating will NOT protect from swirl marks, marring scratches, stone chips.
2.The warranty does not cover Damage caused by accidental damage, paint over spray, even defects which may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
Ceramic coating maintains the car's paint from insects, bird residues and tree glue, which causes stains on the car paint, and car must be washed within 24 hours otherwise, you will be out of warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage to the coated surface by incorrect manual wash techniques, automatic car washes, brushes or contaminated wash tools that may cause abrasion, or damage caused by a third party products.
The vehicle exterior paintwork must be maintained and washed regularly to car high-gloss using car shampoo and other car care products. Never use household products such as dishwashing liquid.
Ceramic Coating should be applied by approved applicators of ALJ centers as per application guide, thus clients are not allowed to self-apply.
The vehicle should not be washed for 3 days after product application from car received date.
In case the client desires to install Paint Protection Film on one part of the car and ceramic coating on other part, the client must acknowledge that the difference in shine will be visible and the client will not be able to return the product if not satisfied with the appearance.
The areas to be applied on the car are: all painted car exterior, alloy wheels and headlamps and tail lights.
The areas that will not be applied 9H on: windscreen, rubber moldings, side windows and rear window, front grille, black plastic door frames and lower car plastic frames.
Warranty duration for product (Diamond Bright), (HENDLEX) 2 years and 3 years for (WILLIAM) from the invoice date.
The country of origin of Diamond Bright and Williams is the UK and Hendlex product is Lithuania.
The client agrees and undertakes that all the information provided by him are valid and correct.
